Difficulties with customer service
Calida use DHL and if a mistake is made in the address which it was by DHL not them in all fairness and the order never arrived - their help desk tells me they can do nothing to help me I must call DHL in spite of my explaining that I have been on DHL website for hours and I am computer literate and there is no information about how to contact them The person I was speaking to could would not help me except tell me to call them in spite of my telling him there is no phone number that I can find After THREE requests he grudging gave me the phone number starting with 0 and when I asked him which country this was in so I could call long distance from Canada he said he did not know I had already sent THREE emails to Calida about this and still have received no response from them Following this - I have now received a courteous reply from Calida who are trying to track the parcel

No Ownership for Shipping Error
Sadly I join the surprised customers that are disappointed by Calida s customer service I ordered a mother s day present and paid via Amazon Pay which provides the shipping address directly to the company After several weeks I checked to see when the item would arrive I noticed that Calida had not sent it to the correct address they left off the street number I emailed them and asked them to update the address with the carrier prior to delivery They said it could not be done As a result the item has been lost I emailed them again sharing they had misaddressed the package They said in some cases parcels may still be delivered successfully but provided no additional customer service I sent the screenshot which shows that the correct shipping address was provided to them during the Amazon Pay checkout have heard no response back Lesson order at your own risk I had to track the package with two different carriers email several times contact Amazon Pay and get transferred to the UK for the international order It has taken two hours without results Disappointed as I ordered from Calida based on their reputation for product and service Even if the package is delivered I would hesitate to order again due to lack of customer service and inattention in addressing international packages Update I reached out to the company again but no response Luckily I live in a small town I submitted a lost item ticket to my post office The package had been sent to a PO box not ours and they were able to find it Unfortunately had I lived in a small town or city it would have been lost --at my expense My mom loves the nightgown though

BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE I made a purchase of winter pyjamas and was emailed to say that my transaction could not be processed and if I wanted the items I would need to purchase them again via their website I decided not to proceed as it seemed a bit off to me and I would purchase pyjamas elsewhere which I did 4 days later I get an email saying my item would be dispatched via DHL standard and they had taken my money and there would be no tracking number for this item and after checking dhl Germany site this would take 60 business days via ocean freight I have emailed 3 times and on their socials too but just getting ignored I m now down over 300 as I have purchased products elsewhere and my winter pyjamas will not arrive until 3-4 months Useless I will lodge a complaint today with their local fraud authority in Germany Switzerland as well as making a claim via my credit card supplier

Calida produce the most amazing items
Calida produce the most amazing items but their delivery to the UK is just the worst They actually missed off a whole line of my address and it has meant that even though it is now 4 weeks the items still haven t arrived Very disappointing and a lot of wasted time trying to get it sent to the right address And no reply to any of my emails to Calida so pretty bad customer service from them I will never order from Calida direct again

All fine until you have an issue Customer service is absolutely awful Calida sent me the wrong item a man s XXL t-Shirt I waited for a response on what to do only to be told I should return the incorrect item and then place another order for the correct item This is not ok Now I have been waiting over one month for my refund I have sent 4 maybe 5 emails to their customer services and they don t answer I used to order regularly after this I will not

I have purchased in the past from CALIDAThis time I placed an order for a gift for our Son in UK but it has taken me 7 emails and messages for them to respond with the same message that they are busy will respond in 2 4 days but they don t Terrible Disgusting after sale cu service And when they do respond to tell you that it will take 2 4 days it is all in German I don t speak or understand German If I don t get this gift delivered on time I will report them in all the websites for scamming Very poor service
