Ordered a sweatshirt that was a photo description from a reputable brand Received a sweatshirt and the sleeves were no joke 1 5 feet too long and so skinny an arm could not fit in I m embarrassed that I fell for it do not do the same

Ordered a blouse that I saw on a movie they shipped me the most hideous replica Looked NOTHING like the image on the website and smelt like moth balls came from some country I cannot pronounce DO NOT trust this company

Untrustworthy- do not buy from this website

This company promised delivery by Halloween but the product arrived later and the size and color were different than shown online They state on their website that 24 hour customer service is available but they are very difficult to get in touch with Now I am out money to ship back the defective product and they are threatening to deduct a portion of the refund DO NOT BUY from this website

Fraud company - don t order anything from them

Well Natalie Baiden I wish I had seen your review before I ordered a blouse I saw in a movie It was probably the same show and the same blouse When I received the blouse it looked NOTHING like the image on the website It was the size of a young child and smelt like mothballs It came from some country I cannot pronounce They also tried to fraudulently charge my credit card after they sent me a fraud email regarding the FedEx delivery in which the item was to be free shipping Upon contacting their customer service I was offered a mere 20 refund if I chose to keep the item Alternatively they could send me another blouse but I would have to bear the shipping charges This only added to my frustration I will call my credit card company to ask about getting this charge refunded I think they do this on purpose ship the wrong item to get your money and credit card information

Do not order from this company Paid for expedited shipping and jacket has not even been shipped Reached out via email was assured it would be shipped and to me on time when I need it STILL HASN T shipped received a response back about an influx of orders etc etc lots of excuses Now they won t even respond via email when I request an update Called the customer service number and it just puts you on hold with hold music and no one ever answers They are a total scam

2 major issues First credit card has been charged and no jacket has been delivered Secondly every time I contacted the company about my order they said it was being processed Have requested cancellation and full refund They have informed me that there will be a 15 service fee to cancel Definitely NOT a legitimate business After 2 months still NO refund Definitely not a company to do business with

Refund not received

This company were going to refund 40 of the price due to the top I bought not being of the material expected and the fact that I would have to pay for the return of goods Despite being very prompt with their replies after a month the refund has still not been received
