False Satisfaction Guarantee
Found this vendor online maybe Fiverr when I searched for a WordPress designer Jordan the sales rep promised me 100 refund of my fee if I didn t like their work Their work product ignored the profile I submitted back to them their form regarding selling points etc The mock up they sent showed they hadn t read the creative platform I provided so I cancelled the project and requested my refund For a week they begged for a second chance but I explained I was already losing revenue by not being online with the new landing page The designer sent an email saying it would be 10 business days and that the Accounting Dept would investigate my request I used AmEx as a protection so I could request a chargeback of my fee DON T FALL FOR THEIR FALSE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE OR YOUR MONEY BACK You won t meet your project goals and you will be ghosted when you ask for your money back as promised Disappointing when vendors abuse the customer s trust Such is the risk of using overseas vendors Wish I could leave ZERO star rating

Complete scam company
We hired this company to update our website They told us they would create new visual content and integrate visual hover effects so our website would look new and modern In the contract we signed it also stated that their team would do all of the content optimization and presentation to present all of the information in a simple elegant manner that aligns with your goals Long story short they did not do anything they said they would do They did not do any content content optimization or even put together a website for us Their service was absolutely horrible and after getting our money they just did everything they could to get more After we paid them they put us in contact with Robert Conner phone number 213-301-0157 who was initially introduced as our web designer but later insisted that he was our project manager But based on his poor communication and the fact that he would only respond to my emails by text messages at 4 AM I am guessing the work their company does is in some other country and it is impossible to get in touch with anyone from California Web Pros after you give them you money Over the several months that we tried to get them to finish our website they constantly try to get more money out of us to do the work that we already paid them to do and it the end it was a total loss and we couldn t use anything this company produced When we tried to get copies of all the documents they poorly assembled into a sloppy website they told us that our temporary website and all of the documents were corrupted and we would have to pay them an additional 450 to get the files back which was obviously just another way they were trying to steal more money from us So we refused to send them an additional 450 and ended hiring a different LEGIT company In the end we didn t receive a single thing from California Web Pros except a months long headache The company is definitely just a SCAM company STAY AWAY THEY WILL JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY THEN ASK FOR MORE
