They offered excellent sympathetic and timely advice on the phone Their rescue was on time and worked out the problem straightaway I was absolutely blown away by how fantastic they all were Best service I ve had since I started driving 39 years ago

Call Centre very helpful and kept me informed abouit what was happening

The Recovery engineer arrived within the time stated and soon looked at my motor He diagnosed that it was electrical fault that would need some parts replaced which would need to go into the service garage After making arrangements with the required garage the call centre arrange for the recovery company to pickup the motor and deliver it to the Service garage Great experience the call centre was very helpful and kept me informed about what was happening and very organised

A stress free breakdown

Every breakdown is a stressful event but as I am disabled it adds extra tension but I can honestly say the service I received was perfect I had an issue that couldn t be fixed roadside gearbox Used app on my phone without any issues this was then followed by a telephone call to confirm and assure me help was on the way Fortunately I had broken down in a safe place so that helped a little and it didn t seem to long before the local recovery chap arrived Very pleasant handover as he also helped me unload wheelchair and bags and then collected my car to take direct to local garage I had only to contact a friend to collect me as it was less than a mile from home again a fortunate breakdown Would highly recommend the team at call assist and express my sincere thanks for the help My car has now been fixed and back on the road so a very happy ending

Battery completely flat Rang emergency number Promised to be with me within the hour and were with me in 30mins Fixed in 10 mins with aid of battery charger Courteous understanding operative that realised I d left my portable Sat Nav plugged in for 10 days draining the battery Absolutely no trouble since and no need for a new battery Fantastic service

Tyre wall split and no spare for tyre

First time call out caused my me clipping the kerb and creating a tear in the tyre wall As I do not have a spare wheel I called the company to arrange for collection and delivery to a local tyre company I was quoted around an hour but pleasingly Ravenscroft the breakdown company arrived within 30 minutes loaded the car on a flatbed and delivered it to a local garage who subsequently replaced the tyre Absolutely brilliant service from all concerned and I would thoroughly recommend CallAssist
