Scam company ordered for xmas never came they don t reply to your emails

Terrible company order never received and no confirmation email or any communication from them This company is in the shop app also and every review says orders never received So obviously a scam

Terrible Ordered end of November got an email saying they were getting my order ready was a really funny Christmas present for my partner and now here we are now and it still hasn t been dispatched Scam scam scam Contacted my bank Getting my money back

Ordered end of Nov early December Confirmation received on the 5th December then nothing no tracking no nothing This was via the tik tok Shop Chased last week was told on way I emailed again asking for tracking info and when the item was dispatched no reply The order was small I am so glad as seems they have taken the order and money and that s it Didn t even want to give this a one Even if they were inadidated with orders or couldn t fulfill they would have kept contact Learnt my lesson seems like a Scam
