My sister and I went with my 89yr old
My sister and I went with my 89yr old Dad who is quite unsteady on his feet on the Loch Frisa ferry to Mull on 20 06 23 and I cannot fault CalMac on their vessel and staff We had requested access to the lift which we were parked right next to both out and back The ferry was spot on time both ways too Excellent service all round We will be back

Out trip to the Outer Hebrides Calmac 1124292
We decided to take a trip to the outer Hebrides in August 2018 and were advised to make sure we booked the Ferry in advance as it can get busy at this time of year so we called Caledonian Macbrayne we spoke to a female male who were very nice advised us of dates times that may be suitable she was so helpful as we really had no idea of where to start or which options to pick we were travelling with 2 dogsWe booked the hopscotch Mallaig - LochboisdaleBerneray - Leverburgh return Eriskay - Ardmhor Castlebay - Oban I m writing this as we pull into Oban last port of our holiday we are very happy with the service from your company it s been first class our dogs were well looked after From the advice given to us by port staff at mallaig the seamless getting on off the ferrys at all the ports to the staff on board catering for us and we did eat on board all the food drinks were good Well done Thank you Anne Allison James Gillies Edinburgh

Small Isles Booking
The staff in Mallaig are fantastic It can be difficult regards to booking for the small Isles as its never clear if the ferry runs or not Staff are good at keeping you informed with a call sometimes as late as 6 00pm and getting you on the ferries

Holiday to Arran
I needed the lift and they parked us really well On the way home from Arran the lift was out of use on the Isle of Arran and we said to the crew who checked us in that we needed extra room to get out of the car due to my mobility to so they parked us near the lift so I could get out of the car and I couldn t of asked for a better customer services when travelling with CalMac my holiday over to Arran

Skill and expertise
I returned with a group of friends on the 11 05 this morning from Brodick Having travelled from Blackwaterfoot amidst some horrendous weather we were certain that the ferry would be cancelled however to our amazement and delight we were informed it would go ahead as planned It was certainly a choppy sea and like most of our fellow passengers we were somewhat apprehensive about getting berthed at Ardrossan The point of my review is we were made to feel totally at ease with updates from the captain and his crew and then on approach to Ardrossan pier the captain handled the vessel with total professionalism and undeniable skill ensuring that we berthed safely and securely With this in mind I would like you to convey our appreciation to the captain and his crew for his demonstration of skill and dedication hence a well deserved applause by the entire group of passengers onboard Kind RegardsDonaldf
