I bought a hug to make bedtime easier

I work in a fast paced environment requiring a great deal of context switching which doesn t always sit well with my neurological makeup I often find myself taking shallow breaths or inadvertently holding my breath I received my Hug scarf last week and have worn it every day I m finding it helps me to feel more centred and regulated - able to breathe and think more clearly and easily My partner tried the Hug once and felt so calmed she nearly dozed off

We got one of the scarves and found them to be delivered well in good packaging arriving really quickly I tried a number of different ways of wearing it and all worked well for me with the over the head giving me the best experience It s a surprisingly heavy material which makes it work really well Very well made and the label makes it feel like a premium product too I find it works in two ways - the direct pressure feeling of the weight but also the fact that you know you are doing something special as it doesn t feel like any ordinary piece of clothing A great boost for destressing after a hectic day Love it

Great alternative to those big weighted blankets

As a Pilates teacher I m constantly trying to help my clients down regulate in order to get out of pain or slow down enough to realign unhelpful patterns of movement The Calmr scarf is an amazing product because as soon as you put it on you feel your shoulders drop and a wave of relaxation washes over you I m loving it as well as my clients
