Lost Gas overnight

Had a gas failure not a leak The engineer was busy dealing with actual leaks and could not get to me that evening - perfectly reasonable I thought He did however guide me over the phone to reset the gas supply at the tank This worked and meant we had hot water and heating for the evening He told me he would get to me next morning At 09 00 and run checks and tests to ensure there was no underlying problems He arrived a few minutes early completed the checks and identified low pressure at the regulator which was adjusted Thanks Wayne Shimmon- much appreciated
