Ordered unfulfilled no response

Awful customer service Delivery not fulfilled I only received four out of the five boxes of beer DPD logged the box as damaged in transit I ve contacted Camden brewery via email explaining that a box had been damaged in transit No replies after I ve sent multiple emails And order not fulfilled Dick Turpin organisation

Poor communication

Order 132715 I ve only received half my order I m still awaiting 12 bottles of beer When I contacted DPD they stated Camden Town Brewery had recalled the parcel two days ago I ve had no contact from Camden Town Brewery to update me with what is happening I ve tried calling but the phone line no longer works Where is my delivery please

AVOID THE WEBSITE SHOP

Do not buy from the brewery shop on the website My order has been lost by DPD who apologised and said I needed to contact the company to request a complaint is raised The phone number Camden provide on the order does not connect and you can t send them a message via their website as it repeatedly says an error has occurred If it wasn t such a big company that supplies supermarkets etc I would say this was a scam website BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK Now instigated chargeback via the bank

Absolute shambles

Absolute shambles Really not what you expect from such a large company Order never arrived no reply to communication or emails their phone number is not in use Paid for kegs that never arrived Now going through my bank for the money back AVOID

Rude and condescending staff

Wish I had seen these reviews before placing an order Had an issue with my order and contacted customer services team who were dismissive and rude Quite shocking really to be treated so poorly by what I thought was a reputable company I will avoid buying anything else from their website as don t want the displeasure of dealing with their arrogant and condescending staff

Do not drink made me ill very ill

What a terrible company I had issues with some cans and absolutely no response It made me really ill

Placed a christmas order

Placed a christmas order had delivery last Friday part of it was damaged Sent an email last Friday tried to ring on Tuesday and spoke to a helpful man who said I d got through to beer hall and no telephone number for customer services and to complete on line form still waiting for a response absolutely rubbish customer service
