I assume this website is a scam They offer a good price take your order send you an acknowledgement then nothing

No contact from seller

I have ordered paid in full received a confirmation number but it appears they have no stock of what I have ordered I needed the camera delivered within a month before I move overseas so I have tried multiple times to contact Camera Warehouse by phone and email to ask about delivery times and have tried their online chat bot no reply I need to cancel the order I guess but no idea how to do that when they don t respond

Poor communication and false information

Ordered a camera on 22 8 2022 after checking they had stock Followed up 2 weeks later and was told camera had been assigned to me Checked again on 22 9 2022 and was told still awaiting stock Camera eventually arrived over 1 month after purchase date but invoice for warranty purposes was dated order date effectively reducing warranty by 1 month Asked them to correct but have had no response Have since purchased ext battery charger and blue tooth remote else ware I included their email with warranty registration to verify correct purchase date

Would never purchase again - be careful of faulty products

Purchased a gopro hero 11 black to take overseas First submersion in water the gopro froze and didnt work again Camera warehouse took days to respond to my email then refused replacement or refund even though the product was not waterproof as advertised Be very careful if the product is faulty they will take no responsibility and no action to remedy Will never shop with them again
