Great customer service
I was a bit disappointed with an order DNC Parka since it was missing a tag on the back despite the good condition it was advertised in I made a request for an exchange explaining my situation I eventually decided against it with assurance from the CS rep Betsy that it was real regardless of the tag as well as realizing it ll be a hassle on both sides if I pursue it Betsy gave me a 10 discount refund on the item thereafter which was an unexpected but very kind gesture Seems like some genuine people do run this site so I have some good faith coming back and looking at their wares again
