the ring does not combine with my case and it does not fit in the middle of the back of the mobile phone the lenses occupy a large quadrant The magnetism is not good enough to keep a heavy phone stable in place

I wanted to use the device for my Samsung S24 Ultra which requires sticking the magnetic ring that is provided to the phone When I take off the device the magnetic ring also comes off
