Bought Bailey Adamo from Campbells in 2022 Easy to deal with during and after the sale Love the Adamo

Well I ve been dealing with this company for 35 years now bought quite a few vans and about 6 Isabella awnings went to see them a couple of weeks ago to upgrade are van to a newer one dealt with Mike shaw very helpful and paid a deposit my car was in a bad accident so couldn t take my van in Mike sorted it out with one of the MDs he came out to pick it up and they are bringing me back on Friday when I pick my van up on inspection of my van there was quite a bit of damp the MD stepped in yet again and really looked after me with the price for repairs this is what you get dealing with a proper company looking forward to getting are van on Friday even the lads in the preparation shop are great can t thank everyone enough if your looking for a van go there you won t be disappointed thanks again to all the staff Phil

Bought are 2nd tourer from Cambells in March although we had a long wait for it due to paperwork because it s 8ft wide we are really happy with the van and the service provided we had a small problem with the heater going off but Cambells sent out an engineer who fixed it for us even driving to Wales to the site we were on

I have recently bought a used Motorhome from Campbells and have been very happy with the experience throughout There was a small issue with regards to the condition of the roof but this was resolved quickly and efficiently with an immediate response to my query Campbells were happy for me to get the roof checked out locally and to pay for a full valet which showed that there was in fact nothing untoward wrong - so putting my mind at rest A big thanks to Neil who responded to my initial enquiry about the van and facilitated a full and detailed online viewing answering all the questions and potential concerns that I had This gave me the confidence to make a purchase without making the long trip up North to view in person - something I thought that I would never be able to do - but Neil gave me the time to think things through and there was always the option to back out of the deal if on collection the van did not meet and match my expectations While to date I have not had much opportunity to use the van I am happy with the purchase and feel confident in Campbells after sales service should the need arise I am looking forward to many happy adventures in my new to me van

Having read some of the reviews we were slightly apprehensive after ordering our new caravan Initial contact was good we were travelling down from Scotland and a few days before we were due to collect we received an email with information and a video to watch of the handover process and comprehensive description of how the van works We collected it had the handover all was great The staff were lovely that we met and really helpful Unfortunately not long after we noticed the lights on one side of the van stopped working We called them for advice but what was suggested didn t work so they sent out someone to meet us at the services to have a look It was a good 40 mins away in the rain The fault couldn t be fixed so they took the van back Disappointing but not Campbell s fault as was a short on one of the cables Campbell s offered to bring the van to us a few days later which was around a 4 hour drive We were happy to meet half way but they declined and didn t want us to be put out any further We love the van and have loved the service from Campbell s Despite the issue with the van we really couldn t have asked for more from them We dealt with Emily and Neil Both made us feel valued and exceeded expectations I would happily no deal with them again

We purchased a new Coachman caravan from Campbells earlier this year We went with this dealer as our salesperson Daniel Campbell was very responsive and helpful prior to ordering and also as they are our most local Coachman dealer Throughout the excellent sales process I was kept well informed and Daniel was very helpful sourcing additional items for the van such as the television we required On collection day there was a misunderstanding regarding our spare wheel which we had been told would be fitted back underneath the van following retro pre-collection fitting of E P motor-movers Daniel who was on his day off emailed me to say don t worry I ll get this sorted- and he promptly did It would have been nice if the van had been valeted inside as the manufacturing plastic and tape was still present but we did receive a very nice bright red branded Campbells hitch cover We had some niggles with our new van as it seems is typical with any new van These were manufacturer not dealer issues and were registered with the service team on the day of collection the first few trips out in the van after collection Most of these were sorted by Campbells service team very promptly on one follow-up visit There are two remaining issues which are registered by Campbells with Coachman and we are awaiting a fix from the manufacturers So Campbells have done everything they can from the dealers perspective to support us with these issues

The service team are friendly helpful informative and always looking to ensure you get full satisfaction It s a happy team that gives a great service

Excellent company Bought a new caravan off them and the service from start to finish was above and beyond Even now the after sales and service team are great Highly Recommend

I ve used Campbells a lot over the years I would always recommend them the staff are very helpful The service department is brilliant I can t wait for it to reopen
