Terrible company ordered VW utility knife fe came scratched and broken When I contacted them they did offer refund no explanation on damaging that had occurred so with severe weather conditions it would be extremely inconvenient for me to go to a post office That might seem ok but why do we accept this it s really inconvenient on the buyer They are either reselling returned items or are a drop shipper with no QC

Company went the extra mile to help me purchase some Christmas Gifts for my friend who owns a campervan I have no clue about campervans but understand their owners know what they want I spoke with a member of staff on the phone and via email who was a great help To my surprise my items arrived next day too I plan on using this website again for my friends future gifts
