I ordered a camp bed online in the evening and paid but then got an email the next day to advise this would not be in stock for several weeks and offered some alternatives which included a refund I chose the refund as it was a specific item for a specific event and there was nothing else available in the time needed My refund was processed with an email of apology so I am super impressed with their excellent and efficient customer service I will definitely order from Camping World in the future based on this experience

I d ordered my tent and kit from Camping World it s the first time I ve used them I found a good deal on their website and the free next day delivery was enticing 2 parcels were meant to arrive however only 1 turned up and the all important tent parcel had not I got in touch with the team via WhatsApp who were quick to respond When the 2nd parcel still hadn t arrived I turned my conversation to the Customer Care team via email Initially I was annoyed because I d spent a lot of money and my item was missing My complaint was picked up by Aimee who explained further the delivery process and was in touch with the courier to try and get the tent to me Her customer service skills are fantastic she answered all of my queries quickly and aimed to resolve this for me From a grumpy displeased customer to one who finally received her tent thanks to Aimee s continual contact with the courier Thank you Aimee

So impressed with service I got a email confirming my order and that they are working to fulfill and later received a notice that it was shipped The product was the best price I could find online and in store Delivery was better than expected I live in the US and thought an international package would really take a beating My delivery came in a box that looked better than the packages I receive from domestic deliveries Now Camping World can not take all the credit for the state of the delivery box found on my door step but they can get credit for choosing a delivery company that was going to get the package to its destination good as new

I ordered a Light Up Angel from Camping World when I received it it was damaged on its travels I contacted Customer Service through its Live Chat Web was on line with Holly She did an Amazing job she had a look to see if it could be replaced as in the original order That was the last one so she offered me an alternative one in a different colour I already had that one so I was told that I would be refunded straight away that the money would be back in my bank account in the next couple of days Holly was a pleasure through the whole experience Thank You HOLLY Thank You Camping World for the Wonderful Team that you have GREAT JOB

Needed to get a piece of camping ASAP so spoke with Live Chat customer service team and she checked the stock at a location i could get to very easily I placed the order and was able to collect as soon as it came availble later today Great service will be using again
