Very disappointed with this company so wish i had read the reviews before ordering Spent ages choosing and ordering on their website only to be told after delivery that they couldnt provide the basket i had ordered Why didnt they ring me to inform me and give me a chance to choose something else So God knows what has been sent to my dear bereaved friend

STOP My bad for not googling reviews Surprise floral arrangement for my sister 60th birthday Was delivered 3 days early I was not notified and the arrangement looked nothing like I ordered The resolution was a 15 refund Would never use them again BEWARE

Undelivered Flowers Advertised as same day delivery

I think it was better for me to pick flowers from my garden shove them in a box and ship it out to my recipient It s hard enough trying to help your loved one from a far but not being able to have flowers that were advertised with same day shipping sent to them is deeply disappointing I ordered the flowers on Thursday August 22 to be delivered the next day Friday 23rd My order was received and processed as was told by them but the recipient still has not received the order as of Monday August 26th I ve queried them about this via email 4 times and already I ve gotten the same generic response This is absolutely unacceptable

Defective arrangement

I ordered a flower arrangement for my friends birthday on September 26 2024 from Canada Flowers Upon receiving the arrangement the first day we noticed that the hydrangea flower was already wilted We did not receive any care instructions for the arrangement Two days later my friend called me and said that the entire arrangement was dying I immediately contacted the company for a resolution After dodging me for 5 days they offered me a partial refund of 11 59 I did not accept the offer as I wanted to receive the full amount of 83 57 which I paid I have made some contacts to resolve this matter I just want to warn people about this company I have never been so embarrassed to give a friend such a disappointing gift This incident could have been resolved swiftly if they took pride in their work and had the integrity to do the right thing

It s a SCAM worst company

Worst company They scam you and lie on the size of the bouquet They will not deliver the promised bouquet and will deceive you at every turn I paid a 130 for the upgraded bouquet and received something that was tiny compared to the picture and looked like it was made by a blind amputee DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO FEEL SCAMED I wish them bankruptcy

Find another flower delivery company

Like everyone else here I did not do my due diligence and check the reviews first What we ordered and what the recipient got were two totally different things It was not worth the 150 we paid but maybe 60 worth There was no birthday balloon like we requested nor the teddy bear Never order from this company Very disappointed
