big scam AVOID
I feel a fool but the way the scam works is to make you completely unaware that you have entered a contract with them I too was cancelling my Sky TV subscription and thought I was dealing with Sky When I contacted them they would not give details of when I entered a contract with them or how they accessed my credit card BEWARE

Scam scam scam do not use this service
SCAM COMPANY this company operates as a parasite popping up online for phone top up searches My husband is virtually computer illiterate and when his new phone ran out of credit he tried to top up with what he thought was Giff Gaff He paid 18 and unwittingly signed up to some contract for 29 70 a month Payments were taken from our joint account for a year before I realised Debits made to PXP TOOLWAVES I googled this and found CARDTOPUP Which is linked to Cancelcontract It s a completely fraudulent way of very cunningly accessing a lot of money I have been promised a partial refund for 5 12 payments I will be reporting to the bank and trading standards but no doubt these scammers will just create a new company and continue to scam with impunity UPDATE- check out an article on love money about Cancel Contract UK and request a charge back with your bank
