Pathetic customer service

Ordered 8 of 1 item received only 1Emailed them 6-7 times over 10 days no response and tried calling them with no responseUpon spamming their Instagram they got back and sent me the remaining which I could not get because I had left the country despite telling them I want a refund not the item as I have left the country
