I tried to do my ordering from my android phone which COULD have something to do with the glitch I m experiencing I ordered a photo print puzzle with 500 pieces or so I thought When the order confirmation came it was a mini puzzle with like 6 pieces I was mortified because this is supposed to be a gift for a grown man for Christmas So I did a second order I checked and double checked that I had clicked the right size and amount of pieces so when the confirmation email came I didn t even really look at it I knew it was 500 pieces However when the product arrived it had 16 pieces I now paid twice for something I can t use or gift I contacted customer service and explained what had happened and I asked for a refund for the second puzzle as I knew that was not my fault mistake Larry said they d print a 500 piece puzzle free of charge and I was overjoyed I thanked him profusely Two days later I got an email from Larry saying that I WON T get that puzzle printed because I ordered a 16-piece puzzle Like hello

Not from Canada and poor quality

Even though the website is ca my items were made and shipped from India Ordered Nov 26 and arrived Dec 19 Poor quality I ordered prints and a moon lamp The lamp is garbage Its like a teenager made it in their bedroom with their 3d printer It s plastic and poorly done The light is really dim so garbage as a lamp Not impressed at all

Expect no help

I made a simple mistake at checkout and no one would help fix it If you make any mistakes ordering product online like too many or too little or wrong promo code this company will not help you While contacting customer service I was talking with Melvin who was extremely rude He told me and I quote No one will help you I called the company and they said to email for a response So I did The response I got was We applied the promo code that you selected Everything is fixed No it is NOT fixed that was the error So I called again I was lied to and told that I didn t receive the promo cause of the handle on the mug I selected and then was told I would get an updated email I waited a day nothing So I checked by selecting a new purchase of the same product and the promo code was there confirming I was lied to I submitted a ticket about my order again nothing While I can t say this company is fraud as it still delivers a product but they are out to take advantage of any mistakes their customers make Any other place would be better than this I d also like to point out that their website showcases an abundance of good reviews but does not allow you to leave one The button to the 4 4 star review is blurry and looks fake The page it opens doesn t look like an actual google review page and the info on it looks fabricated This was the only place I could find to review and warn others about this company

This is not a Canadian company They print and ship from India The prints are of poor quality and printed on paper nothing close to poster quality They are hand cut with rough edges and definitely not all the same size 2 of 6 of my prints arrived damage and no refund was provided after emailing the company Do not let their 4 5 star review how the hell did they get that sway you

Quality and Potential Copyright Infringement Issues

2 out of the 3 canvas prints had defects There is no response to my emails and facebook post on thier page What is worse is that accordingly to their terms of use on the website all clients user grants following licenses to PSI LLC the non-exclusive worldwide transferable sublicensable right to copy crop reproduce publicly display sell and distribute design in or on products and in advertising marketing samples and promotional materials for PSI LLC This became even more scary when I realized that the items were being printed out of the country Even when I sent them an email with specific instructions asking them to confirm that they will not reuse my designs in any form there is zero response

Worst customer service no response to 1800 number after they charged my credit card

This offers one of the eorst customer service Pl don t fall for their gimmicks No information about my order When i call 1 800 number no one ever picks ip feel so frustrated will never recommend this

You get what you pay for

I ordered throw pillows and magic mugs The print quality- image clarity - was just fine All 3 pillows had a print defect in the blank areas - small smears I was also surprised each had a black line border around the image possibly a setting i missed or an automatically added at print time The mugs were conceptually fine but the threshold for colour change was a tight window droplets of luke warm water splashed on the side of the mug immediately triggered the black to return making it appear as though the mug had spots all over it Also The site is extremely misleading The prints are not created in Canada but in India

The quality is very hit and miss - the address shows North America but these products are made in Punjab State in India and the products are not worth the price you pay They are very quick to make sales but once you have an issue with the order you will never get a response or any assistance in helping you rectify the issue with your order
