I m not a DJ - Black Cap

Outstanding customer support
I ordered a hat for my wife as a gift Tracking indicated that the hat had arrived but we did not receive it I let Caps know They Kim immediately and graciously sent a new one no questions asked Then Kim followed up to make sure the new hat had arrived and that my wife was pleased with it The service was above and beyond what I expected

Their hat gave me a heartbreak
I bought a hat from them It was a sand coloured hat with a little pineapple sewn onto it I liked the hat very much There was just one problem my girlfriend did not like the hat We made an agreement that I keep wearing the hat and we break up I was heartbroken but afterwards I have realised that she was not good for me and we had a toxic relationship best 30 ever spent Edit I can t reply to your reply but today I received the hat and am currently in a happy relationship with abother girl The timing was perfect tho made the situation much funnier

I used to have not so nice experience with caps a month ago I waited for a month to receive my t-shirt and customer support didn t respond But after I wrote an angry review here CAPS reached out to me apologised and sent me one free t-shirt of my choice for free So I was really surprised of how well they handled it And just want to say thank you
