Excellent customer service from Josie as well as a superb product Capsule X Machine is powerful and lightwight and very easy to use Batteries are recharged directly from the charger and can be removed from the cleaner for this purpose meaning they can be recharged at any convenient power socket without having to have the whole machine close by

Super pleased

I spent quite some time searching for a decent vacuum primarily to do the stair carpet Dragging a big one with attachments was becoming a real pain especially as I was getting older 70 s I wanted one that had a motorised roller decent sucking power and a battery that lasted more than 10 min That really cuts down the field I decided on Halo Capsule X and wow was I pleased It s really been terrific I found it extremely easy to steadily go up the stairs with it and thoroughly vacuum the horizontal and vertical carpet with the motorised roller and then do the skirtings with the brush It did a fantastic job on the carpet I hadn t quite realised how crushed the pile was until it was brought up beautifully by Halo Capsule X and surprisingly to me at least stays that way for a week or more with steady traffic Really impressive Have also used it on hard floors and carpets and it has done a great job there as well and really easy to use as its not heavy and is easy to balance as well as to add and remove attachments Thankfully the battery has an impressive life and pretty much lasts as specified All in all I ve been super pleased with my purchase and can thoroughly recommend it

Excellent aftercare

Having had excellent use of this product it suddenly developed a fault in the capsule itself I alerted the company was told that they would send a replacement as soon as they had stock We had to wait a while as they were relocating to larger Premises but kept in touch They eventually replaced the whole product with a brand new one The company always replied to my concerns were true to their word which isn t the case with many companies these days I would wholeheartedly recommend this company as the one to deal with if you value an excellent product supported by an honest reliable support team

I recently bought the Halo Capsual X

I recently bought the Halo Capsual X I am really pleased with the unit The suction is excellent and the battery life is brilliant I use it at daily since I bought it as I have a moulting Chocolate Labrador It handles this with ease and the bag is still not full I wound certainly recommend this unit Roger

Great product Excellent support

I d had no problems with my Halo 1 until the brush head failed after 18 months I contacted customer service who were excellent despite being very busy with new orders They replaced the broken unit within days and even called to assure me it was in the mail Great company Excellent customer support I ve just order the new Halo X Recommended

Halo Capsule redeem themselves with great service

Having posted a bad review earlier about the service I received trying to get my Halo Capsule vacuum cleaner repaired I must update it The staff there were clearly working hard over the New Year holiday to catch up with outstanding emails I received a reply last Sunday New Year s eve I have had several really helpful emails since then and everything is sorted They offered to replace my Halo Capsule with a new one for the same price as it would have cost to service my old one It arrived today That is service at the other end of the spectrum amazing They are also sending the missing pouches for my Capsule X
