Do not buy from Capsul
There are plenty of other vendors to purchase jewelry of this type from less expensive and far better customer service My items came more than a month after they were ordered multiple efforts to reach out to customer service were never responded to and the items were poor quality once they arrived I do not recommend becoming a customer of Capsul unless you want to question whether the company is a scam

Don t buy
Jewelry looks pretty but custom dog tag style necklace tarnished without any wear or exposure to the world as it sat in its original packaging in a desk drawer We live in a desert climate with no humidity The jewelry is ruined and a waste of money

Bad Quality Worse Customer Service
An absolute quality and customer service NIGHTMARE Far and away the worst buying experience I ve ever had - long story short I bought a 14k gold cuff debatable if it was actual gold I am not convinced that ended up breaking after a couple hours of wear Customer service response time lagged and when I was able to actually get in touch with the owner of the company the level of rudeness was unprecedented to the point of thinking it must ve been some type of joke After losing over 1000 I ve learned the hard way - don t buy fine jewelry from a company that also makes dog keychains A really awful experience front to back I would not recommend

Absolutely terrible product terrible team terrible customer experience - do NOT buy anything from them Save your money 6 weeks no actual progress at all on a query to customer support team I tried to return even within their return policy - I tried to tell them the product is literally broken and doesn t function properly Absolutely zero actual progress or resolution from that team Worst customer experience Never buy from capsul - do not fall for their nice website images Low quality
