Horrible It s given me incorrect data over and over again I ve asked to cancel the membership at least 3 times in which they ve continuously asked me to downgrade THERE IS NO MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION BUTTON I ve made it very clear in all communications that I wanted to cancel my membership This is a scam

Absolutely to avoid Legalized scam I used Captaina Seller Tool for Amazon for a few months and I can confidently say it s a scandalous and fraudulent service As soon as I tried to cancel my subscription I discovered that there is no way to do it independently Everything is designed to trap you I contacted their so-called customer service multiple times both via email and chat and no one ever responded A total lack of professionalism and transparency Meanwhile they keep charging my credit card even after I attempted to cancel the service The only solution will be to block my card to stop these thieves This is not just poor service it s a legalized scam targeting users Stay away from this app don t make the same mistake I did This should be reported to the proper authorities
