Beware of COURTNEY KEVILLE PA C Horrible talks down talks to you like your scum Funniest thing was I was correct and she put me down and told me I was wrong After she walked out laughing to her co workers about me and my 3 year old Idiot thought it was the cause f something a month prior I went to a real dr and well I was right DR SAVERIO CONCA IS AMAZING Great with kids friendly know his stuff he gets 5 stars every time I told her I was upset that how she glared me down and shut me up and literally said no you have no idea what you re talking about Like whaaaat Beware of her awfulness

Do NOT go here I got charged intially 85 for a test as they told me insurance would cover it Then they charge me 140 out of the blue and I call I waited over 30 minutes for the customer support to answer the line And they said that the insurance decided I had to cover the entire fee PLUS the person I was talking with got super defensive and mad at me To top it all of I haven t even received my test results yet almost 1 MONTH LATER AVOID SCAM AND TERRIBLE SERVICE

Just got an email from CH billing about an unresolved issue from 6 months ago Unbelievable And after writing a lengthy complaint the response was comically off base in language and tone CH is a horrible scam machine- stay away unless absolutely necessary for Urgent Care The whole story is a long one- to shorten it up they screwed up on an Rx renewal after I had seen 2 different practitioners both who quit a week after I saw them and then insisted that I come in for an unnecessary 3rd visit with another Doctor in order to get my already established Rx for Blood Pressure so I need this The horrible woman- Diane Saxton I believe- in customer service assured me I would not be charged for the visit- and I was They are still trying to get the 40- FORTY DOLLARS- from me and they fraudulently billed Blue Shield as well DO NOT USE CARBON HEALTH Horrible horrible uncaring customer service

AVOID The worst experience I ve ever had in my life An absolute nightmare They will charge your card for the full amount immediately after the visit then claim not to receive the check from your insurance I ve emailed billing and support dozens of times with no response I ve called so many times and they put you on hold for 40 minutes I was charged 750 for a visit to get antibiotics for a UTI

HORRIBLE BILLING DEPARTMENT Carbon Health Ocean Rt 35 New Jersey

Medical service was good BUT BILLING DEPARTMENT HORRIBLE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED BY THE NEW JERSEY STATE BOARD OF MEDICAL EXAMINERS I currently have experienced a horrible billing issue with them The doctor is a nice guy however they bill and collect money from your insurance company then send you a bill for more than they collected from your insurance company The bill arrives electronically because they do not use paper it indicates that they have collected no money from your insurance company and you owe them money You call your insurance company they inform you that Carbon Health has been paid in full You then call Carbon Health and after a two hour wait someone picks up and you get disconnected You then call Carbon Health and after an hour and a half or two you finally talk to someone who could care less about what you re saying You explain your situation and they say they will take care of it Then after a day or two you get another bill from them and it continues indefinitely They never fix their problem and make the collection your problem It s an HORRIBLE experience with them I would never ever use this company again Stay away at any cost if you dont want to pay an over-priced health cost By the way they charged my insurance company over 500 00 for a 30 minute doctor visit Totally a scam Date of experience September 3 2024

Shady

They are shady Charged my card without my permission I emailed them to send me the bill so I could call my insurance for a bill that shouldn t exist because my insurance covers it I have called dozens of times and I m on hold for at least 40 minutes each time I ve been hung up on multiple times and I ve emailed over the last 3 months without a reply

Terrible Service and Model

Terrible Model Badly Run creating more billing and revenue then actually focused on patients Original Dr and Primary Care super easy and great at what they did But they don t last Also supposed to be a Digital Model where you can interact digitally for administrative things They don t monitor the inboxes and or staff with lazy people that will tell you to book appointments so you can come in and watch a practitioner type into their computer This is for routine recurring care They get paid for every appointment Also they can t keep doctors hmm this limits your access to care They have no practices in place to ensure the transition of care they send you a form letter that says they are managing it and don t do anything I now have to schedule 3 appointments to get exactly what was being done at cost to me and my insurer

THE MEDICAL SUPPORT AND QUALTY IS TOP NOTCH AND GREAT AND CARING I AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE POOR REVIEWS BECAUSE THE BILLING DEPARTMENT KEEPS BILLING ME FOR VISITS OVER A YEAR OLD EVERY TIME I COMPLAIN TO THE BILLING DEPARTMENT THEY IMMEDIATELY COME UP WITH SOME NEW INCORRECT BOGUS BILLING

Unprofessional

The doctor appointment was fine my problem was really about the billing My insurance company handled the scheduling of my appointment My appointment was rescheduled to a day earlier than originally booked but they managed to keep two appointments in their systems and charge me for a no-show In other words their mistake is something I should pay for It s impossible to get a hold of them they threaten with collection instead of looking at the mail I ve sent Totally unprofessional If capitalism works companies like this should go out of business
