Made and enquiry through the greenhome scheme and these guys couldn t help But they took me under their wing and we managed to get cavity filling and a new boiler for less than 500 Under the green scheme I was having to pay 1000 just for the filling

Gas installation at property

The recent gas installation at my property was completed efficiently and without any fuss Carbon Savings Group handled everything explaining options timescales and prices then installed and completed acceptance within an extremely short time From the company helpline through surveyors and installers all staff were friendly experienced and professional the work was of an extremely high standard and I would fully recommend CSG

My experience with Carbon Saving Group from the start was excellent The people in the office were helpful and polite and made everything clear and understandable The chap who came to survey the property was also very good and explained everything Later when the two young men did the underfloor insulation were excellent and did a job which I would not like to do with cheerfulness and care and treated me with respect Finally the plumber who fixed the new boiler worked hard and did the work efficiently and was very polite and considerate I could not fault them and neither would I want to Thank you Carbon Saving Group

Staff excellent from 1st contact very helpful over phone Always polite patient and treat you as an individual The installation team very helpful over phone and on site the staff were friendly and informative I left them to it with confidence they would complete the job to a high standard which they did My experience has been nothing but positive than you all for your professionalism
