Dashcam Uninstall

I contacted Carcomms to see if they could uninstall a BlackVue dash cam from my car as the PCP deal had ended They were very reasonably priced came to my home and completed the job efficiently Small touch but all cables wrapped up nearly and cable tied for ease of storage Really professional and helpful engineer and Emma was great when I called up to book the appointment Will be using them again when the new car arrives in the New Year to install the camera in the new car Thanks

Great work

Had a Blackvue 750S-2CH hardwired into my car as well as the Pro-Magic module to protect against a flat battery It was fitted in about an hour outside of my home at a price I was happy to pay The technician was polite courteous and very efficient After installation he was prepared to explain the full workings of the system this was unnecessary as I had the same camera in my previous car My appointment was booked with ease at a time that suited me thanks Emma My overall experience with the company was great Would recommend and certainly use them again

A fantastic experience from start to finish Great communications with staff who answered my questions quickly and well The engineer who came out to install the cameras was knowledgeable friendly and extremely efficient Thank you for a great experience

A great service and prompt response

A great service and prompt response from Emma when booking initially and when plans had to change as the fitter was running late The appointment also took into account the bad weather that had been forecast The fitter arrived promptly and gave me a call with an arrival time in advance I was originally going to have a front and rear camera fitted but was informed that my particular car would have DAB issues if the rear camera was fitted I received a prompt refund on what I had paid I appreciated the honesty that a rear camera would cause me problems A great and very flexible service

Front and Back sensor fitting

Very happy with the installation of the sensors but No engineer on site when I went to pick car up so wasn t shown them working etc and no checking over of car was done beforehand did see that someone should of gone round car etc checking for damage But overall a very good service and sensors don t look out of place on the car Thanks to all the team Amber on reception was very helpful

I recently had rear sensors fitted to my car by Cygnal Hetton-le-Hole The service was first class giving me good advice on my requirements The technician was professional in his manner giving me a demonstration of how the sensors operate The sensors look as though they had always been there They look very discrete and less obvious than the factory fitted units In operation they are very clear to hear
