Card Cookie resolved the Card issues

Buyer only I would give cardcookie 5 stars for their great pricing large selection and high security In my experience they tend to have the best pricing for Walmart and target But I m really just posting this to thank Sarah and Tom from customer service This might also help other people if they end up in the same situation as me I had an issue with my order at 8pm I emailed customer service and they got back to me by 7am the next morning Their suggestions worked great and my issue was resolved They also worked extra quickly to verify my transaction after the issue was fixed which I appreciate Here s a description of the issue and the solution I placed my order and it was declined by CardCookie several times I tried it on a few different devices and it didn t work They suggested that I try again using my laptop without using a VPN That worked I m not exactly sure why it worked It might be because I stopped using VPN but it might also be for other reasons It could be because I switched to a different computer because I placed my order between 8am and 6pm because the web interface forced me to re-add my credit card because of random chance because some time had passed or maybe because customer service was helping me out behind the scenes as well I m not sure
