Today I visited our local Card Factory shop in Bolsover to purchase cards for our Daughters granddaughters and son in laws birthday I asked for help and the assistant was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble and found me everything I was looking for She even found me a little cuddlytoy excellent service she was really helpful so thank you I should ve asked her name Denise

Today I visited Card Factory in Chelmsley Wood I was on my own and I needed help with deciding on colours and balloons for my Mum s 80th Birthday I would like to say I had a excellent experience at Chelmsley Wood today Denise Lisa B and Danielle were very professional and very helpful I am so grateful for there patience and explanation of the products available It is such a refreshing change to receive high quality of customer care thank you ladies You are a credit to the team

I visit the Stretford town Centre branch as it is my local all staff are great especially Daniel who works there he goes above and beyond and can never do enough to help myself and every other customer i see him engage with An absolute credit to your company

First class service in Glenrothes

First class service in Glenrothes Fife branch where Anne the Manageress can not do enough for her customers The store is clearly busy in fact very busy and the bulk of the staff are simply youngsters with little or no experience of retail However the shop has high standards and the staff are pleasant and effective which is a credit to Anne It can not be easy doing any form of training at this time of the year Many retailers would benefit from taking a leaf out of this shop s book and providing effective training and setting standards There is much more to customer service than have a nice day and it is on show here

Had a fabulous 5 experience at the Card Factory Watford would like to thank Hiran Lee and Karen with my birthday balloons as I had ordered a lot and they were so busy in Watford but nothing was too much trouble for them 5 Stars I know where to go for my next birthday balloons

Credit where credit is due

I don t often do reviews but on this occasion I felt it was really worthwhile I recently visited the Whiteley Village store to place a fair sized helium balloon order for collection on Fathers Day I am disabled and find shopping incredibly hard This was the first time I met Rose She was so helpful and very knowledgeable about Card Factory products She really did provide customer service with a smile obviously taking pride in her work and discussing everything with me without making me feel rushed I left to shop feeling very confident that my order was in safe hands Yesterday I returned to collect my order once again was greeted by Rose with a welcoming smile She remembered who I was and immediately went to get my order for me which I was thrilled with Rose had done everything I d asked for she really is credit to Card Factory and is a shining example of outstanding customer service Every shop needs someone like Rose

I popped into the Dudley store a few weeks ago on a Sunday the service was amazing and the three ladies were very funny smiling and joking with me as I kept repeating the company instructions when at the till if you want any of the special offers a bag or any additional accessories Great service

Always use the one in kings Lynn town centre when needing any cards they also do lovely gift bits which I often purchase All the team and the manageress are so friendly and helpful Lynn is an absolute diamond and a credit to the team nothing is ever too much trouble andShe always remembers the small details which is absolutely lovely
