This company has no Customer Services
On the 29th November I went into your Richmond shop to purchase two post cards which came to the sum of I believe of around 1 70 I asked if I could pay by cash I was informed yes I gave her a 10 note When the cashier had opened the till I was told she did not have any notes so would have to give me all small change which I declined as I had no where to keep all small change I asked if I could then pay be card the assistant said I have already rung it up quite stroppy I asked her could she not cancel the transaction and I pay by card The card machine was jammed on the counter between so many items that I found it impossible to place my card on the machine correctly I tried side ways the assistant seemed to be getting very annoyed She then demanded I put my card into the machine which I did and entered my pin she then very angrily said in front of other customers your card has been declined By this time I was getting upset as all I wished to do was to purchase two cards one which was to send to my dear friend on the death of his brother yesterday What ever was happening seemed to be causing so much problem to your assistant I asked her what is the problem first you were unable to give me my change in high denominations then you got annoyed when I said I could not use the card machine due to too much stock blocking the card machine and now you say my card has been declined for 1 70 I was embarrassed in front of other customers and told her so she then asked me to leave the shop I was very annoyed and upset by this time and walked out without purchasing anything I will never use your shop again in Richmond where I have shopped many times before your assistant s attitude was unprofessional and rude I would like to have an explanation why I was treated in such an appalling way by one of your staff I have sent you two emails now which both have been ignored not responded to I finally spoke to supposedly a manager at their head office who was going to look into my complaint and get back to me I m still waiting nothing will never use this company again They don t care they do not even respond on here

Very rude unprofessional Company
Telephoned this company in January to ask why they have not responded to my complaint on here or my emails I had sent them They said they would look into it and get back to me I had never received any correspondence from them what an unprofessional company

Shop 3 Westminster Underground Station an extremely disappointing experience
As my family and I passed Cards Galore at Westminster Underground Station the store looked well presented and inviting On the latter point how wrong was I As I browsed the store I noted that the items of interest to me did not have pricing information and common courtesy as it would have been I was neither acknowledged nor offered any help Towards the front of the store I spotted an item I had in mind for a friend who d recently had a family bereavement Then a female member of staff with long black hair glasses and who looked of Asian heritage just a description so that she can be identified emerged from the rear of the store to stand beside and watch me My son came into the store moments later and we headed to the rear to browse gifts The same female member of staff likewise moved to the rear again to stand beside and watch me I told my son we were leaving as I wasn t prepared to make a purchase in a store where I was being blatantly watched as though I was about to shoplift She didn t say anything not even an apology for how she made me feel Needless to say we left empty-handed meaning we didn t make a purchase After what we d spent during our time in London and for our contribution to the economy to be treated in this manner felt nothing short of insulting I note that we were the only customers despite the time of our visit 4 20 pm being peak time at Westminster Station Perhaps others have found it off putting to be treated with suspicion I was under the impression that the intention of retail is to sell what s in the store
