Item paid for on 26th Oct 2024 still not received my item and it s now 12th Dec 2024 They totally ignore my messages and demands for updates and my demand for a full refund Sorting it with my bank to arrange a reverse transaction to get my money back and have contacted consumer rights due to their treatment of me which breaks my consumer rights STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY they are a TOTAL CON I didn t even want to give them 1 star as well

If I could give no stars I would They ve taken my money and not sent the card that I ordered They totally ignore your emails I ordered in plenty of time for Christmas however I m quite clearly not going to receive it in time I wish I d read other reviews before ordering

I would recommend that EVERYONE on here that has paid for an item but hasn t received it and had all of their messages totally ignored to contact their bank to raise a dispute against cardsMCR and get a reverse transaction to get a refund Bank will want evidence if you can provide it as in your ignored Emails to them and the date and amount of the transaction Totally worth doing as cardsMCR should NOT get away with treating their customers like this
