The invitation system is a big scam I invited more than 20 friends who fill the criteria and still get nothing in the end just a big scam

At the time of purchasing insurance they provide friendly and welcoming statements creating a positive impression However when it comes to hospital visits and reimbursement even after receiving a clear green light from them to proceed with treatment they reject the claim making case pre existing illness If negative ratings were an option I would gladly give one

Disappointment with Care Concept Insurance Service

I have a student contract insurance with Care Concept On November 8th they asked me to send my new Ausweis and I sent it By November 15th I was surprised to find that they had taken an additional 65 euros from my bank account without my permission I called them directly and they told me they hadn t received my Ausweis However when they checked their email they confirmed they received it and apologized for the mistake stating they would correct it By the end of November I was surprised to find that the contract had been stopped I called them again and they were still talking about my new Ausweis I sent it again but nothing changed I called them once more and they told me I would have to wait six weeks to reactivate the contract Six weeks without insurance for a mistake they made not me I am very disappointed with this service

The reason behind is that you could finalize everything through the online set up and when I had it a question or concern I called the number and I got immediately answer to that
