Be wary of their promotional offers When you use a special financing offer - like 24 or 36 months no interest - you can t charge anything else on the card If you do your payments don t go toward the special financing offer even though that was the earlier charge Your payments get spread over the entire balance and if you aren t careful you wind up with a hefty interest charge at the end of the special offer period Due to this predatory business practice we will be cancelling our Care Credit card as soon as possible We ve used these XX months same as cash offers with other companies and never had this problem

Avoid Care Credit at all costs

They are criminals but the dentist offices help them by selling their product to their patients I have warned my dentist office about my experience and they shall stop referring people here After promising interest free credit for 12 months they charged me over 700 interest on a balance under 1 500 00 These are loan shark interest rates at least twice what you should pay for commercial credit of this nature

CareCredit is a predatory institution that feeds of its consumers They have unethical billing practices to insure they can steal your money I have had to call them after every payment made to fix the allocation of payments to pay off promotional balances first This is a tactic to rob you if not monitored Also do not mail in your payments It s been 3 weeks since I mailed in my payment for a promotional balance due and it s not been processed Another tactic to steal your money The most unethical credit card I have ever held

For a company that named itself Care Credit they sure know how to show it Let s wait until you re three days late to remind you by the way we will hit you with a 30 late fee the day it s due with no reminder beforehand Once my debt is paid off I m closing this account People in need beware they will take advantage of you

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE TEAM I WAS SET UP FOR THIS BY A DENTAL OFFICE WHO GAVE FALSE INFO WORST IS THE CUSTOMER CARE REPS HAVE NO CLUE MANAGER PROMISED SOMETHING BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENED EITHER MIS INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS POOR KNOWLEDGE OF REPS AND MANAGERS WORST EVER

Terrible Business

Absolutely terrible Customer Service and support team I was set up with this account for LASIK surgery Manager at location setup autopay amount in line with terms Or so I trusted Through the 2 years my email addresses changed However I saw that I was still getting autopay withdrawals from my bank after the time my load should have been paid off The account was NOT setup within the time frame now I am responsible for paying the full interest amount I have never missed a payment or been late on a payment Once I caught it and called Customer Service they said there was nothing they could do I will NEVER recommend this company and absolutely regret trusting the medical institute that set me up with them

Scammer company and incompetent customer service

Scammer company and Incompetent people answering their customers service line I was told that i was being set up to pay without interest the full amount within a period of time I trusted what they said But the monthly payments were lower than it should have been to pay the account within the period They do this on purpose The Care credit customer service said that I should have called after setting up payment plans to adjust the amount That s what I was setting up to begin with why should I have to call after making the contract I ended up paying 3 times the amount I was supposed to Their interest rates are also predatory

Oh how I wished I wouldn t have dealt with these folks Definitely a scam they take advantage of folks that need care this should be illegal you make a payment and it doesn t reflect you make settlement arrangements and still scammed into making more please do not deal with this company the their call center is in foreign lands just sad

This company rips you off

This company rips you off If you pay off your balance you still have to pay 2 more payments to be done Crazy They won t credit you that last interest either 2 payments of interest after you pay off the balance So it goes like this I was told You pay off your balance then the next month the interest that accrued you will get a bill for and you have to then pay that balance off But wait You re not done yet You then have to call them at the first day of the next billing cycle so you can again pay the interest of that interest They won t let you pay it off They won t prorate it they want to rip you off And that s what they do Don t get an account with this company unless you enjoy being ripped off again and again Crazy rip off crooks
