Absolutely awful company Do not leave your loved ones with them Failing to feed Mixing up missing and double dosing medication Carers are poorly trained and dont keep to their times Turn up when they feel like it The office staff are rude and unhelpful They have caused more stress than before This is the Cheltenham branch but looking at other reviews it seems nationwide

If you are looking for CARING PROFESSIONAL company agency don t go there They are rude unprofessional staff untrained they will promise everything but reality will be different Company have poor standards need lots of improvements via CQC town council should NOT recommend this company to clients and in my experience they did Look elsewhere Especially in Harrogate I deeply regret to hire them Waste of time and energy

Writing on behalf of a friend who is a customer of Caremark Hessle East Yorkshire He doesn t have a good word to say about them The so called carers are absolutely useless when it comes to keeping time with appointments sometimes turning up way after their allotted time slots Teatime calls aren t teatime calls but suppertime calls Some of the staff also have absolutely no understanding or grasp of the English language and struggle to perform the simplest of tasks such as opening a tin of meat My friend is totally frustrated with the service provided especially for the amount of money he pays per month It s a service that s not worth paying for

Yet after 2 yrs of the so called contract being closed I am still being sent threatening letters From Buckinghamshire Council to pay for Care I DID NOT received Caremark have been taking massive amounts of money from BCC then passing the debt for care I DID NOT receive Quite frankly I REALLY don t understand how these council are accepting this FRAUDULENT behaviour All Caremark did was invade my life they did NOTHING banging on my door after 10pm taking my key out of my key safe making themselves coffee leaving their mugs for me to clear up going through my life still causing me stress I seriously say more Just be very warned to NEVER trust Caremark

Caremark Wokingham and Bracknell region Reading the reviews here my wife and I totally agree Terrible management some carers are great but on a whole as a company awful do not use them destruction to property by carers inexperienced staff resulting in my wife in tears turn up when they please lying on care notes and take 10 minutes to provide care then leave but will still charge full amount agreed AVOID AT ALL COSTS I think the main stay for me was a reviewer stated mondern day slave labour with their staff Shameful Edit Caremark Wokingham and Bracknell have made good on all damages done in a timely manner

I wish I saw these reviews before I let this company anywhere near my father Dana was uncaring and unhelpful My dad had previously had a bad time with carers on a whole which the company new yet they still did not complete there calls and an hour call paid they only turned up for 5 mins stay clear
