I chose to trust this cargo company after a friend recommended them to me Biggest mistake I had to send my used windsurf board to the person who bought it from me and mind you the board was worth 1250 before they completely destroyed the backside of the board due to irresponsible handling Also keep in mind that I had insured this package After sending a complaint email to them they told us we needed all sorts of documents to prove how much the board was worth I didn t have the documents they asked for so I decided to let go of it After 3 months or so a guy named Martin Wiesler emailed me saying that we obviously didn t pack the board properly and therefore it s not the company s fault that the board got damaged however they were willing to reimburse us 50 of what the board was worth if we accepted First of all we had bubble wrapped the sh t out of that board especially the back and the nose We decided to go ahead and accept his offer because it takes them 25 years to answer one email and it was better than nothing Fast forward to today one month later no reimbursement and no answer to the emails we sent asking when they will reimburse us Never again Cargo International bye

I would never send again smth over this company They damaged a new stove and don t care about it They said that I signed the paper when it arrived and I should have checked it right away How The driver left and the stove was wrapped Never again

Bunch of clueless and lazy amateurs
Bunch of clueless and lazy amateurs running the show Consider soliciting their service only if you want to experience mediocre irritation pain and anguish There are lots of options out there in the market Stay clear of these folks Our story Tldr 1 we booked online Online payment2 Failed to pick up Lots of followups from our end3 They pick our stuff up and we moved to augsburg4 They cancel the order and send our stufd back to hamburg and threaten to dump our stuff in front of someone else apt 5 Send us an invoice for picking up our stuffdue to relocation ham to augsburg we solicited their service They werent recommend by anyone just bad luck After picking up our stuff they did not come on the commited date from ham they cancelled the order and they now want to send our stuff back to hamburg We dont live there anymore We live in augsburg They want to dump our stuff infront of some one else house Stay away Incompetent and dishonest company

don t do it - no service but kept the money
Over the course of 1 5 yrs I fought to get my package picked up and delivered when they kept missing the pickup times THEY gave us they continously refused to refund us asking for an explanation why they should eventually they sent me a confirmation of my refund and cancellation after more than one year and many many many calls and email exchanges only to cancel the refund the next morning demanding an explanation why they should refund my money When I insisted that they not only never delivered but never even picked up the package they refused to accept that Eventually I gave up after they deployed confusion-tactics continuously changing contacts asking the same questions a different way after months of exchanges asking what the problem seems to be etc terrible company terrible management

Unterirdirscher Service ebenso schlechter Transportservice durch EMONS Es wurde eine Sto stange versand welche nach den auf der Website vorgegebenen Kriterien verpackt wurde Sperrgut allg Verpackungstipps Auf dem Transportwege erhielt ich von dem Kundendienst die Nachricht dass meine Sendung im Umlager besch digt wurde Die Sto stange war doppelt mit Luftpolsterfolie zzgl Kartonage verpackt Die Bilder sahen sehr komisch aus Habe die Sto stange zur ckbekommen Karton war zus tzlich aufgerissen Sto stange wie Stauchungsspuren und einige Br che auf Da ist jemand mit der Waren unachtsam umgegangen Habe wie kommuniziert eine Schadensmeldung gestellt hier wird jegliche Schuld Haftung von sich gewiesen da in den AGB s eine Restriktion des Gurtma es angegeben ist aber weder bei der Sperrgutpackinformation noch bei den Verpackungstipps auf diese hingewiesen wird Zumal meine Verpackung auf dem Papier nur auf 300cm angegegeben worden ist diese aber tats chlich nur 280cm vorwies da wir den Versandschein zuvor gedruckt hatten Da ich anhand der Sperrgutkriterien und Verpackungstipps auf der Website die Sto stange ordnungsgem verpackt habe sehe ich hier absolut nicht meine Schuld und es sagt schon definitiv etwas ber das Unternehmen aus wenn man in den AGB s solche Angaben verstecken muss und diese nicht klar bei den Sperrgutkriterien Verpackungstipps angibt Screenshots von den gesamten Seiten liegen vor und hier steht absolut nichts von einem Gurtma Subterranean service equally poor transport service by EMONS A bumper was dispatched which was packed according to the criteria specified on the website bulky goods general packing tips During transport I received a message from customer service that my consignment had been damaged in storage The bumper was double packed with bubble wrap and cardboard The pictures looked very strange I got the bumper back the cardboard box was also torn open The bumper showed signs of compression and some breaks Someone had been careless with the goods As communicated I filed a damage claim but the company denies any responsibility liability as the general terms and conditions state a restriction of the belt size but neither the bulky goods packing information nor the packing tips refer to this Especially as my packaging was only stated as 300cm on the paper but it actually only had 280cm as we had printed the dispatch note beforehand As I packed the bumper properly using the bulky goods criteria and packing tips on the website I don t think it was my fault at all and it definitely says something about the company if they have to hide this information in their terms and conditions and don t clearly state it in the bulky goods criteria packing tips Screenshots of the entire pages are available and there is absolutely nothing about girth

Terrible Service Avoid at All Costs
Cargo International damaged my brand-new dishwasher during delivery and then refused to take responsibility hiding behind a 7-day reporting rule Their lack of accountability and dismissive attitude is unacceptable I ll never use this company again and strongly recommend avoiding them
