Spelt Einkorn Emmet Casarecce

Came across this brand on Instagram and thought I d give it a go In recent months I ve switched to using wholewheat pastas so gave their spelt pastas a go and the emmer pasta too They are absolutely delicious and I shall definitely be ordering more

Following a vegan diet I sieze any opportunity for texture and flavour variety in my food Pasta from Spelt Einkorn and Emmet grains add to this pleasure for sure I was particularly pleased to discover Pastificio Carleschi produced casarecce shape pasta I knew this as twin-sisters or something similar in Italian but previously failed to find a UK supplier For me casarecce has just the right surface area to hold sufficient pesto sauce and to lift pasta from the plate with just one swipe of the spoon Perfect Enjoy
