Ordered parts wrong part arrived butto be honest I my have ordered wrong part so got in touch to get return address thay don t except returns only say keep part we will refund 15 so advise NOT to order of this company unless you don t mind loosing your money

Bought a new egr valve from this company arrived and fitted but unit didn t work putting more faults on the car Trying to get a refund and send the item back is like pulling teeth Want to do everything other than what I ve asked Wouldn t use them again and would advise others to avoid

FAULTY EGR VALVE

Bought EGR valve with in an hour of getting it fitted more problems with it faulty Contact the company for a refund after five emails they told me they would give me 20 refund and I could keep the EGR valve and sell it to someone else what an absolute scam very dodgy Cowboys I want a full refund to offer 20 refund and tell me to sell it and give my problem to someone else It s absolutely disgusting They have no right to be in business if I could market no stars I would that s how strong I feel about this company disgusting to ask me to pass on their faulty goods to someone else and ask for money for it would make me as bad as them

SCAMMERS AVOID

As you can see from other reviews you need to AVOID this company absolute SCAMMERS They sell faulty items offer 10-30 refund for inconvenience item might get damaged if you return it basically they don t want their faulty rubbish back if you want to return it it s at your cost with a 30 deduction handling fee absolute rubbish So basically you get a useless item and they are quids inNot happening trading standards and credit card company informed I will get my money backI m not the first person having to take this kinda action against this companyI was a silly boy and didn t read reviews lesson learnt

Don t do it

Parts ordered with a lengthy delay on arrival to find one lamp not working Emailed with clear pictures they questioned saying the couldn t see anything - emailed the same pictures again to which they accepted and sent out a replacement Replacement arrived and works but is a different colour to the other side that was supplied in the first order Again back with more pictures - again they couldn t see the issue - emailed further pictures and nothing
