Love this Device

I bought a Carlinkit in 2022 for my 2022 Hyundai Ioniq 5 It worked beautifully until my car s OTA update in November 2023 I followed all the suggestions to reconnect to Bluetooth but it wouldn t It is model CPC-200 I contacted Nikki at customer service with all my details and heard back the same day I ultimately received a link which updated the firmware and it s working again I thank Nikki and the Carlinkit team for their timely support

Very responsive and helpful customer service

My Carlinkit 3 0 worked great out of the box but after a few months I started experiencing connectivity issues with only a black screen showing I found that I had to unplug the device each time I started my car to get it to connect properly In exchanging a few emails with their support team I found them to be very responsive and helpful Nikki first had me adjust a couple settings which didn t end up fixing the problem Next she sent and update to my device and that fixed the issue for me Overall I m quite satisfied with the product and impressed with their thorough customer service

This thing is awesome Simple to connect and fast Very little delay in screen movement similar to OEM cars w wireless CarPlay And their support is fantastic they helped me fix a problem where the Carlinkit stopped connecting

great buy

1- u can save 60 if u buy from theminstead of amazon but the shipping will take almost 3 weeks if u dont mind waiting 2- product is great u can almost do everything u can on an android phone i watch youtube netflix disney baseball etc u can even pair a controller and play games 3- customer service is amazing i ordered the wrong one first and asked for a cancellation and they cancelled it right away they are very nice and responsive
