Extreme bad client service
Extreme bad client service they dont care about their clients I have not enough space to describe the problem but to make a long story short my package was not delivered tried to contact SEUR the shipping company which is used by CCV to send their packages normally they always call me but in this case not so the package ended up being send back after me trying to get in contact with them with CCV asking to try and help me but zero sensible response they did not care Finally they send an email that they contacted SEUR and trying to find a solution but after 2 more weeks of waiting still no response I asked them to pay back the money or give me a equal value discount on the next order but no response terrible experience dont be their client there are many meat providers out there I still wait for them to provide a solution

Great experience I made a mistake on my delivery address their support responded within 5 minutes fixing the issue and ensuring the delivery processed as expected The meat looks great vaccuum packed and arrive nice and cold Great experience
