Superb company to deal with in every way

My wife bought an address book from Caroline Gardner but unfortunately it sustained a little damage in transit This was her first purchase from them and as it was intended as a gift she contacted Caroline Gardner who replied back straight away and resolved the issue to my wife s 100 satisfaction Their customer service couldn t be friendlier or more professional and we heartily recommend them Their prices are very competitive their range impressive and my wife has already bought more products from them

Fantastic experience

I bought a couple of presents and birthday cards from their website a couple of weeks ago and changed my mind of one of them after placing the order Customer services were amazingly helpful and I absolutely love the gifts it s just a shame I have to give them away

Caroline Gardner say kindness is at the essence of everything they do and I really believe this I managed to send them a return by mistake and Connie went out of her way to contact me and help me get my parcel to the right place I must also highlight the most beautiful leopard glasses case which I purchased that came beautifully wrapped and brings a smile to my face everytime I get it out from my bag I highly recommend Caroline Gardner for not only their beautiful products but excellent customer service
