My experience is exactly as everyone has described stay away from this company unless you want to be scammed They have nice pictures on their website of products that is not worth wasting your money on The quality is shocking Forget about doing a return they ll never give you your money back and you pay the return cost back to china

Shocking retail scam

Shocking retail experience - avoid This company seems to be a scam of some kind The items delivered were absolutely nothing like those pictured online just very poor cheap copies which took ages to arrive from China I then got into a dispute about a refund and finally settled on 15 so that it could just be over I lost about 70 buying two items not fit to be worn By far the worst online retail experience ever - I am amazed they are still trading

Order 2 cashmere sweaters

Ordered 2 cashmere sweaters one polyester and spandex the other no label at all guessing polyester Sizing totally erratic I messaged to ask for refund offer came back have 50 of next order Don t want to order anything again as obviously the Company is breaking UK advertising standards Have messaged again no response DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY SEND THE CHEAPEST POOREST QUALITY ITEMS YOU CAN IMAGINE THEN MAKE IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND THEY ASK YOU TO PAY TO RETURN THE ITEM TO CHINA ITS A VOMPLETE SCAM

I am the latest to join the ever growing band of unfortunates to have bought from this company I paid 25 for a cashmere sweater on 17th Jan that has yet to arrive I ve had messages excuses and promises from numerous girls by email which have now dried up Even their tracker is a scam as my purchase doesn t move along on it I ve asked for a refund but have been ignored Should have known better ie if it looks too good to be true etc So pleased I only gave them 25 but I would still like it back Should have used my credit card Lesson learned Please ignore the one star Even that is too much

How to get your money back

I have had the same experience as everyone else but I did get my money back I raised a dispute with my credit company and within 3 days the money was reimbursed They sell very poor quality clothing that looks nothing like its picture and then do not allow you to return which is your statutory right

HARD AVOID TOTAL SCAM

Yup I ve been stung too Seriously avoid this company like the plague Ordered a jumper - product arrived that did not match the picture on the website- cheap tat polyester Emailed immediately to arrange a return Was offered a discount on my next purchase no chance Emailed to decline offer then waited almost 2 weeks for reply- talk about running the clock down This time I have to send a photo of the item and they will then decide if they will refund - but I will have to pay shipping to Sweden - despite a label with UK address on it Lesson learned - by rights this is zero stars from me had to put 1 to write this review Awful company

Talk about being stung - I ordered a Wool coat jumper and top all a million miles away from the photo and description on their website on the 05 01 25 and rec d the goods on 23 01 25 They were such appalling sub-standard Polyester garments that were sent After a lengthy backwards and forwards with emails nothing really happens when dealing with the UK Customer Services Agent Annie R Photos of the garments and labels were repeated asked for and sent by myself In my last email I threatened them with legal action if the coat that I had ordered didn t arrive ASAP I then got another email from an Annie R UK Customer Service Agent asking for photos again in order to resolve the issue Sadly it would appear they can and will continue to scam innocent people by falsely and knowingly mis-representing goods on their website I will try and get some money back if I can from my credit card company but I don t hold much hope of that happening As so many people have had similar experiences surely something should be done to stop them continuing to advertise and mis-sell goods
