Awful experience

Awful experience One of the items arrived broken due to poor packaging I filled the online form twice and tried to contact the shop several times but nobody answered Not the best place to buy due to appalling customer services being non existent So I now have to keep a broken piece that I paid for without even be able to return it Absolutely awful will never use again

Poor service Zero Communication

Bought two advent calendars from their adventcalendarshop co uk website Just received an email 3 days later to say my order is cancelled because they are out of stock Their website said they were in stock at the time of purchase They just cancelled my order without any contact or offer to help Leaving me no time to get more calendars for my two 6 year olds in time for 1st of Dec Very Poor service Won t be shopping with you again

What a great company to deal with they delivered my item within 2 days when I opened it it was slightly damaged I thought here we go the usual phone calls Emails etc to try to get the problem sorted - but not with this company I dealt with someone named Jack who sorted the issue out instantly with no fuss or drama Also the product is great value for money I highly recommend Carouselshop

Great support and superb calendars

I brought Advent calendars from the Carousel Shop I first bought a couple for my grandchildren and then thought It s Christmas so I bought three more for my sons and daughter-in-law I couldn t find the original order but Jack was very patient and helped me to find them Really pleased with with the calendars and the kindness of Jack
