Never received order No one responds
Ordered a pair of slippers on 6 November Got an Order Shipped confirmation the same day Great But I have not yet received the slippers 10 days later Shipping can take a long time sometimes but I never got a tracking number Contacted the company via the form on their website through Facebook Instagram even left a comment on one of their YouTube videos I have not heard anything back about where my order might be The website says 24 hour customer service this is clearly a lie

Seems like a scam
I ordered the slippers on 11 November and its 11 December still no update from their support and no emails also I disputed the payment with Revolut and they refunded me the site is 100 scam
