It Quit working after 6 Months

The return of a defective product to this company is horrible First they asked me to record a video to show how I was connecting the dongle Then they responded with shipping directions which they want me to pay for shipping to return the product to China Just not with the hassle of waiting eight weeks to see if I actually get a replacement for another defective product from China Buyer Beware

Terrible customer service it stopped working after 6 weeks Paypal wouldn t help and carplay2air didn t even respond to emails avoid at all costs After reading comments here it looks like they want people to return the faulty item to China with a stupidly high cost attached

Ordered item in August Recieved item after several weeks communicating with seller trying all suggestions to get it to work failed Decided to sent it back despite it arriving from China the seller insisted it was returned to an address in Lithuania it cost me 9 90 to send with tracking signed for Still waiting for Paypal to refund my money a total waste of time money

Doesn t work at all on a Mercedes E class send it back to Lithuania item was delivered to the warehouse according to track and trace and now the childish game of we can t pay you back because we haven t located your package yet starts Unprofessional and illegal in the EU DO NOT BUY

Dodgy company

I got the dongle delivered in fair time but I had plenty of initial problems to get it running Afters som hard work the dongle started working I tried both rating and asking question on their web site but none of them showed up which leads me to believe that they do not publish any real posts All reviews are 5 star and they are most certainly made up by the company itself AND they do it continuously

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY

Sent a faulty product from China and then Tiffany proceeded with horrendous customer service told me it was my responsibility to pay for a return label which was 20 and then once tracking information was sent to PayPal they told me it should have been sent to Lithuania instead Thank God PayPal covered me otherwise these scammers would have had 100 off of me Absolute scum

Product missing in transit since November

I previously wrote a review stating that I had bought and paid for my unit November 27th and it hadn t arrived At this time it still hasn t arrived and the tracking information has been shambolic to say the least The last tracking information that I saw mentioned Post New Zealand in the text even though I live in Ireland I don t know if I will ever get what I have paid for but on the basis of my pre-delivery experience and other reviews- Avoid Avoid Avoid
