Avoid this company

Avoid this company should have read these reviews first When i ordered the website said payment payment denied and to try another payment method I did this but unknown to me they had taken the payment for the first attempt so i have paid twice contacted them and at first they responded and asked for bank statements which i sent but since then they have gone silent and will not respond to emails The phone number does not work and no point sending a letter as the London address is fake aghhh Total scam company Parent company is Micks garage in Ireland but they have no way of contacting them Trying to get my money back through paypal credit cards over 300 of my money they stole

Non Existent Returns Policy

Absolutely terrible Bought Qashqai racks which were delivered to wrong address and eventually turned up after Parcel Force chased the package down I d already bought another set from a different supplier and asked to return the racks which turned up late under their no quibble returns policy in unopened packaging and within 28 days of receipt Zero responses to emails no calls answered or returned and I ended up with a second set of bars that were now useless Wouldn t touch this lot again

I wish I had read other people s reviews E g In 2022 someone wrote The contact phone number on the website doesn t work Can t call anyone These HQ located in London is an address to a different building Actual location is a different company called micksgarage you can t contact them either That s all still true They have my money and I have no roof rack Doesn t seem fair to me

Appalling customer service

Orders some roof bars for my car invoice and products state they re for my model however they don t fit Been trying to deal with the company for the last two weeks with no real improvement They ve refused a refund even though the bars are not fit for purpose or as per description Very disappointing

Terrible customer service Ordered an item on 28 9 at 10pm and 20 mins later realised it was the wrong item so I emailed them as per there contact info I clearly stated I wanted to cancel my order before dispatch On the 1 10 I then get an email saying item has been shipped followed by a rude response from there customer service to say I have to pay return postage after telling them instantly about the issue and giving them 3 days notice before shipping I will never use this company again and advise everyone to do the same until they sort there customer services out SHOCKINGThey are associated with micksgarage com to hide all these bad reviews

Absolutely Shocking Ordered Dometic CFX95 Cover 2860764 as in stock Nothing shipped Told item not in stock yet website still showed in stock Final notice of shipment but a Dometic coolbox turned up Complained again and asked for refund Carrack arranged pickup of coolbox and you guessed - NO REFUND or contact of any kind These cowboys should be shut down
