Natalie was amazing she came to my house and showed me the seats that I was interested in and she brought a few more that she thought might be good for me to see She installed them into my car and discussed them all at length answering every question After purchasing our seat she came and installed in for me explaining every step and answering every question I had She is a fountain of knowledge and is such a kind and patient person She has been fantastic and we will be back for future car seats

Natalie was so helpful She met us halfway because we lived so far away and was able to show us a variety of seats that she recommended specifically for my son using his centiles my car model and our wants We ordered the Axkid Minikid 4 from her that day and it arrived two days later Once installed I was able to send her photos and ask for advice on the installation and my son s fit in the seat She replied so quickly giving great suggestions and adjustments and her customer service was always amazing I can drive with confidence that my son is safe now - thank you Natalie Definitely recommend and can t wait to use her services again in a few years when it s time for a high backed booster
