Superb service from Mercedes-Benz of Bristol

My car was booked for Saturday 26 October When I arrived I was met by the service team who showed me to the showroom The service I received was superb exceptional The staff were great and I received a special welcome from the Service Team and Jon James whom I have dealt with for over 25 years Also Beverly of the Service team Whilst my car was being serviced Jules took my wife and I to Cribbs Causeway When the service was done they called me and picked us up The car was washed and cleaned and looked superb Also the help from Jules from the Mercedes team was excellent On the whole a very successful visit you would not get a better service from any Mercedes Garage anywhere I could not thank them enough I did contact the Service Manager the next day to tell him how happy I was with the service I received from his Staff

Mercedes Northampton Bodyshop-Brilliant

I recently put my car into Mercedes Benz Northampton body shop as someone had driven into the back of me The service I received was very good including a phone call after they heard about the accident to make sure I was alright They did a fantastic job on my car and in a very timely manner I had a hire car while the repair was being done Daniel Gardiner the body shop advisor was very friendly helpful and put my mind at rest and kept me updated with the repairs

I recently visited the showroom from the minute we arrived the customer service was amazing All staff members were friendly and helpful I had my two young children with me and they were so welcoming letting them sit in a car play with their iPads and provided hot chocolate and marshmallows- Angela was exceptional Thank you for an amazing experience

First experience of main dealer service for many years yet reception knew who I was on arrival and the list of issues I left with my vehicle were discussed with me within 5 minutes of handing over the keysI was impressed with the video report and following completion of the service Hannah discussed the remedial work required to be done when parts come from GermanyYour coffee is good tooThank you

Picked up my 488 this morning Thanks to Simon the DP have bought cars from Simon before so it s why I went back Thanks to Stephen another brilliant lad and I am happy to be back with Ferrari Great dealership and the girls on site are all brilliant to name Emily amara ms Watson Again thanks for all your help and another happy Ferrari owner again I highly recommend Glasgow Ferrari dealership under Simon

My experience at Sytner select has been amazing Arriz was very informative about the car I was unsure about anything to do with electric cars but I am now very happy with what I know and appreciate his help
