From first minute to last there was no stress all finance and dealing with delivery sorted within minutes of deciding what car I wanted Sasha was brilliant and even stayed on past shift end to complete everything as I was late on deciding Great service and would definitely recommend I have bought a lot of cars over the years and none have been this easy

Went in to the barnsley store to have a look at cars and it was an amazing experience from the start All staff were very helpful and not pushy at all We asked questions about the cars we were interested in and everyone was more than willing to help When we had decided upon a car we dealt with Alexander Robinson he was amazing He dealt with us professionally and he knew his way around the car we liked We went out on a test drive and again he wasn t pushy with the sale He was amazing throughout the sale and made everything easy I would definitely recommend using car supermarket We purchased all the additional extras with the car and again no one pushed us in to buying them 10000000 recommend Alexander to help with anything Thank you

Jakob was brilliant He made our car buying experience and excellent one He was so knowledgeable and helpful guiding us through the process There was no pressure just friendly assistance He has an excellent manner Nothing was too much trouble Jane was also very helpful They are a credit to the branch A ten out of ten from us Thank you

CarSupermarket com Birmingham were great because the person dealing with me was a superstar John Ty He went above and beyond on resolving queries I have been through with many main dealers before where the whole experience always turned a nasty corner but John and Carsupermarket com has proven me wrong The communication was very clear and I am most impressed about the aftersales service where John was checking if I had reached home safely and common courtesy of checking everything im the car fully functioning or not
