The engineer working on my car sent me a link to the Cartech website so that I could order the replacement ECU for my Zafira Cartech were easy to deal with the ECU was well packaged and arrived fairly quickly My car is now back on the road and running fine thanks to the replacement ECU

The ECU on my 2014 Passat had water

Brilliant service I was quoted 2600 from volkswagen after my ECU gave up they were charging 1500 for the part alone I took the ECU out myself and gave it to a local garage who advised me they couldn t talk to it it was dead and couldn t be cloned I called Cartech who told me to send it to them and if they couldn t do it they would just post it back Within 2 days of sending it they called me to say it was all cloned over and ready for posting next day delivery they sent me a link and I made the payment of 360 and received the ECU a couple days later as it was the weekend Plugged it into the car and it all worked perfectly saved me 2240 in total

The ECU on my 2014 Passat had water ingress and one of the many pins had broken My local garage gave me some contacts to see if it could be cloned also saying dont go to VW as it would cost a fortune Got in contact with Daniel at Cartech who said post it to us and we will do our best And boy did they do their best alway good to communicate with and got it back in a couple of days pluged it in and away to go Thank you for your service Great firm
