Poor experience
The phones calls and assurances leading up to the move were all super and reassuring that we were dealing with a reputable experienced company The experience on the day couldn t have been further from what were promised The team that arrived were like a crew they picked up that morning from the roadside which is not in line with what we paid No evidence of moving experience between them with regards to getting furniture in and out of houses They re-assembly of furniture was done in a sloppy manner They said certain items wouldn t fit upstairs but once we suggested taking them apart they did fit The whole thing was extremely stressful and poor

I m still waiting for my claim to come through Waited over 10 months now They don t call or write back Mostly all my stuff was damaged or scratched I would not recommend this company

My dad booked the move with Carter s but they turned up promptly packed the van very well with straps and sheets and unloaded just as quickly The driver was even extra nice to our little girl Well done chaps Would highly recommend

Amazing team
Thank You so much team Khan s team 5moval men so amazing and very helpful They were helping the whole day until the job done My house process was so complicated and waiting for the key for 5hours but they saw only me have to do by my own they not even charge of over time Thank you so so much I would recommend this moval team

Carters were great A stress free efficient 2 day service - the guys were helpful and very careful with our belongings Kept in touch on the 4 hour journey and unloaded swiftly on time Can t fault them in anyway
