Do not use this company they are not friendly or understanding
Do not use this company they are crooks The picture looked nothing like my family Characters did not resemble my family at all I told them and they said they would revise it But then sent me the same revised image with no changes I requested a refund because I was not satisfied after the revision And the customer service ICEE was very rude

I had a terrible customer experience
I had a terrible customer experience this companyPlaced an order after reading the 2-5 days turn around 7 days later I followed up to where my order was and I then received it I thought it was ok but didn t really look like us but some detail had been missed so I asked for some minor further refinements I followed up after 6 days and again at 10 days and had got no reply At day 19 now nearly a month after I made the original order I sent a further email saying this was awful and asking for a refund as they had not supplied a completed product I then conveniently received the updated print Terrible customer service and would not recommend buying from this company
